Updated supported ruby versions to support version 3.3 and onwards.
The code climate with the specified token does no longer exist.
Add support for bundler 3 and 4, drop support for bundler 1.
According to https://developer.moneybird.com/api/webhooks the events properties was replaced by the enabled_events property.
